A Law firm in the City of London, renowned for their high profile client base, seeks an EA to join them to support their Central Management team.
The firm requires the EA for 2-3 days a week and is offering up to £53k with an excellent company benefits package.
This role supports the CEO, COO, International Finance Director, International Risk & Compliance Director, and Head of Partnership Tax. A background in a law firm is not necessary; however, it is preferable to have someone from professional services or banking who has supported these types of seniors.
Key Duties of the EA:
- Extensive diary, meeting, and travel coordination
- Coordination of meetings, including board meetings and partner meetings, attending and taking notes, production of ballot papers, and electronic votes
- Collation and distribution of confidential information
- Assistance to HR with coordinating interviews and maintenance of records and confidential information
- Assist with managing all organisational aspects of the Global Partner appraisal process, including scheduling all Partner appraisals, distributing paperwork, creating spreadsheets, booking meeting rooms, and collating paperwork. Ensure appraisal paperwork is ready for distribution to the Remuneration Committee and arrange follow-up interviews
- Provide assistance in planning, managing, and collating data for various firm-wide initiatives
- Management of filing systems
- Act as a liaison point for Partners in the business
- Update and manage parts of the intranet system
- Dealing with post
- Assisting the seniors with resolving IT issues
- Research when required into client and company analysis materials
This is an incredibly varied role, suiting an experienced Management/C-suite level PA/EA who has excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
