The current EA is due to go on maternity leave early 2025 therefore they are looking for someone to stand in for her in her absence and who can get things done without any fuss - quietly and discreetly. There will be a few weeks of a handover face to face.
My client is looking for someone with a solid and steady EA background who has worked at Board level preferably within insurance.
Your role will entail:
This role requires a proactive senior-level EA who is straightforward and gets on with the tasks without the need for hand-holding. They need someone who is capable and assured but not over-powering and bossy. You will need to be good at forming relationships and gaining the trust of your bosses.
