Job description

Job Title: EA / Office Manager

Location: London W1 (onsite, 5 days in office)

Salary: £60,000 - £80,000

We are looking for a highly organised and efficient EA / Office Manager to support the Director and small team of a Global Family Office boutique based in London, W1. The role is a combination of business EA duties, personal support, and office management. The position is onsite, 5 days a week, with some flexibility to work from home whilst the Director travels.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Diary & meeting management for the Director, across multiple time zones
  2. Complex international travel coordination for the Director, including bookings, itineraries, and logistics
  3. Personal duties for the Director
  4. Providing EA support for wider team e.g. travel bookings, itineraries and logistics, expenses
  5. General office management e.g. administration, systems, supplies

Key Requirements:
  1. Proven experience in a similar role
  2. Strong diary management & travel coordination skills, especially across multiple time zones
  3. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  4. Ability to work independently with a proactive mindset
