The Role
Due to business growth, this exciting new position has been created to support and develop a high-performing team of EAs, contributing to the seamless operation of the EA population.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage and oversee a team of EAs, ranging from junior to senior levels
2. Conduct performance reviews and manage recruitment as needed
3. Plan and execute tailored learning and development programs
4. Drive process improvements and implement new tech initiatives to enhance efficiency
5. Coordinate annual EA offsites and team-building events

About You
We’re looking for someone who has:

1. A proven track record as an EA and experience managing a team of EAs
2. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and adapt to diverse working styles
3. A proactive and solutions-focused approach to challenges
4. Excellent organizational and communication skills
