EA - Founder - International Art Gallery (Based 5 days on site in the West End)
An exceptional role has arisen for a polished and articulate (degree standard) Executive Assistant with a background in the art world, gallery, auction house, or luxury goods at a senior level. You will have knowledge, experience, and a leaning towards the art world plus 8 years+ as an Executive Assistant within a similar realm. Top English skills, written and spoken, as you will be drafting emails and writing speeches.
This role is on an international level with a hugely successful founder who values commitment and discretion. You will be representative of the Founder and have top liaison skills between internal and external members of staff & the team both in the UK and abroad. You must be adept at dealing with all levels of individuals and be happy to take on an ever-changing schedule, including some out of hours if needed.
Responsibilities:
Happy to take on what is needed and roll up your sleeves when required. Flexible on pitching in whatever comes through the door, you have a positive "can do" attitude which is at the fore of your work. A collegiate attitude is essential, as there is a super team around you and a Family Office who handle most of the private support for the Principal.
