C&C Search is currently recruiting a Project Coordinator and Executive Assistant for a highly successful executive search firm in the heart of London. This role offers an excellent opportunity for career progression, hybrid working, and the chance to be at the centre of a dynamic and fast-paced business.

Position: Project Coordinator and Executive Assistant – supporting senior leadership including the CEO/Director of Portfolio
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 depending on experience
Hybrid set up: 3 days per week in the London office (8:30am-6:00pm)

Key responsibilities for this Project Coordinator and Executive Assistant position:

  • Search Project Coordination - Supporting the team with search project management, setting up key milestone client meetings, coordinating pitches and shortlist calls
  • Stakeholder Management - Developing robust working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Diary and Travel Management - Seamlessly organising schedules to maximise time and meet search deadlines
  • Documentation and Proof-reading - Creating and editing professional documents including pitch decks, search packs and candidate briefing packs
  • CRM Management - Maintaining and updating the CRM system with relevant search information
  • Events Management - Supporting client events from invitation creation to follow-up
  • Internal Meeting Support - Organising and creating collateral for internal meetings
  • HR Support - Assisting with new starter onboarding and benefits administration
  • Marketing Support - Compiling newsletters and maintaining website content

What background and experience are the company looking for?

  • Previous experience as a Project Coordinator, Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant, ideally in a fast-paced business environment
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint
  • Experience with CRM systems
  • Excellent attention to detail and proof-reading abilities
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels
  • Discretion when handling confidential information
