Job description
Site Manager required immediately to oversee a large Social Housing EWI/CLADDING Contract in Wellingborough
Managing a section of internal/external works on low rise occupied housing, the ideal candidate will be monitoring an EWI and Cladding Programme on behalf of the client. Work will consist of upgrades on windows/doors, EWI, and roofing works.
The ideal candidate should have a decent homes background or similar and be able to work well under pressure and within occupied housing. Having EWI/Cladding experience would be an advantage. This is an opportunity to go temp-perm for the right individual.
Required qualifications include SMSTS, Asbestos Awareness, First Aid, and a CSCS card.
