Job Title: SEN Intervention Tutor
Location: Hackney, London
Contract Type: Temporary, Flexible, Part-Time

Pay Rate: Competitive, based on experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-to-one SEN intervention support, delivering tailored strategies to help students overcome learning challenges.
• Adapt teaching approaches to meet individual SEN needs, ensuring lessons are accessible and engaging.
• Develop and implement structured learning plans, working closely with SEN coordinators and school staff.
• Track and assess student progress, offering constructive feedback and targeted support.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment to help students reach their full potential.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of one-to-one SEN support experience.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Must have, or be willing to undertake, an Enhanced DBS check.

Desired Qualifications & Experience:

• SENCO experience or involvement in SEN case management.
• Teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS, or equivalent).
• Experience tutoring Maths and/or English is highly desirable.
