We have an exciting new opportunity at Cargiant for a Trainee Sales Advisor. This role offers you the chance to develop your skills, learn the art of automotive sales, and become a successful Sales Advisor at the London's Largest Used Car Dealership.

You'll take part in a tailored 6-month training programme, giving you first-hand experience and support to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Welcome and assist customers visiting Cargiant.
• Answer customer questions and provide an exceptional experience.
• Issue vehicle keys and ask qualifying questions.
• Accompany customers on test drives.
• From your 3rd month, begin selling and earning commission!

What You’ll Need:

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• A friendly, adaptable approach to sales.
• The ability to prioritise, stay organised, and perform under pressure.
• A full UK driving license with at least 1 year of driving experience.
