Excellent, HR Officer, 11 month fixed term contract job with our client, a market leading, commercial distribution Group headquartered in Coleraine. This is a fantastic opportunity for an HR Administrator or HR Officer eager to take the next step in their HR career, joining a fast paced, expanding HR team. The successful HR Officer will join a fast paced and supportive HR team, providing excellent support across the business operations. This will include supporting investigations, disciplinaries and grievances, delivering inductions and HR training, recruitment support and providing effective advice and guidance.
The Role
- Provide HR advice to all Managers, supervisors and employees
- Conduct investigation/disciplinary and grievance meetings
- Prepare letters and documents in relation to case work
- Ensure all HR records are updated and maintained
- Create and provide HR data analysis and reporting
- Coordinate internal and external training
- Support absence management
- Support performance management initiatives
- Lead and drive employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives
- Oversee end to end recruitment processes
The Person
- 3rd Level Degree in a relevant discipline
- CIPD or working towards
- Minimum of 1-2 years HR Administration experience
- Full UK driving license
- Experience of supporting recruitment campaigns
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent IT skills, accuracy and attention to detail
