Reporting to the Workday Deployment Programme Lead, the HR Project Manager will focus on supporting the deployment of Workday globally, helping to ensure alignment and consistency across countries and businesses.

You will oversee multiple workstreams to manage project dependencies, project milestones, risks, and issues. You will be reporting activity through the governance structures in place, whilst building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.

The successful incumbent will bring with them the prior experience of working in fast-paced, highly commercial, project environments, with experience in system implementations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Support the successful delivery of Workday globally.
2. Oversee multiple project workstreams (change, technical, data, for example) ensuring alignment throughout the project timeline.
3. Manage project team meetings and provide direction.
4. Liaise with stakeholders to support managing dependencies and expectations.
5. Manage the project plan and DRAID log.
6. Present & report project progress to the Programme Manager, escalating risks, issues, and change requests where required.
7. Maintain a positive and solution-oriented approach to work, providing open and honest feedback.
8. In all internal and external contact, present a professional and positive image of the HR and the company maintaining mutually constructive, positive, and beneficial relationships.

Skills & Attributes

1. Experience in project managing HR and Technology enabled projects.
2. An understanding of Workday deployment projects.
3. Has a PRINCE2 or equivalent qualification.
4. Excellent communication and organisational skills.
5. Knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
6. Demonstrable record of managing project teams.
7. Takes personal responsibility to deliver results.
8. Able to quickly build relationships, through communication and collaboration, with both the project team and a variety of stakeholders.
9. Can effectively collaborate, support, and give direction to drive results.
10. Can anticipate stakeholder needs and can effectively problem solve to meet the requirements of both the business and the global strategy.
