Are you a passionate runner and fitness enthusiast with excellent customer service skills?
Our client, Up and Running, is seeking a highly motivated Retail Manager to lead their team and promote the highest standards of customer service and product knowledge in their local running and fitness community.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the store, ensuring a welcoming environment for customers, visitors, and team members.
- Advise and recommend footwear to customers, training team members in the use of gait analysis and ensuring quality of analysis delivered.
- Manage the store's stock holding, staffing, and promotions calendar, reporting accurately on finance and stock levels.
- Liaise with Head Office on matters of stock and promote the store through in-store and outreach promotions.
- Identify new opportunities for store growth.
- Recruit and train team members, ensuring compliance with Health and Safety policies and procedures.
- Conduct performance appraisals and probationary reviews.
