Senior Quantity Surveyor

We are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a privately owned, well-run, ambitious, and growing Principal Contractor.

The company delivers Construction & High Specification Interior Fit Out Projects across Berkshire, Oxfordshire, Hampshire, Surrey, Middlesex, Wiltshire & Buckinghamshire. Clients span the Light Industrial, Commercial Office, Formula 1 & NHS sectors with Project Values ranging from £250k up to £20 million.

Reporting to the Commercial Director, this is a varied role requiring you to work from home & on project sites. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate experience in setting up and managing commercial controls for high-end Commercial Office Fit Out & construction projects.
