Role: CRM Manager
Location: Shepherds Bush, London
We’re looking for a CRM Manager to take ownership of multi-channel engagement strategies for our Republic of Ireland (ROI) market. You will be responsible for driving customer retention and engagement through email, SMS, and app campaigns, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.
Reporting to the Senior CRM Manager and General Manager for the Republic of Ireland, you will be an integral part of the Republic of Ireland Growth & Retention team. This is an exciting opportunity to significantly impact our first international market. While you can be based in either London or Dublin, you must be willing to travel between the two locations at least three to four days per month.
