Please be aware this is a Long Term Temporary post to start ASAP.

This is project work around changes in financial assessments and managing the potential disruption to social care being delivered. This will require a high degree of local knowledge of Bradford, advanced understanding of rights, and ability to apply legislation to a degree where it could be defended if challenged. Supporting families and individuals to access help and support where appropriate.

Essential Criteria:

1. Degree in Social Work
2. SWE Registration
3. Right to work within the UK
4. Full, clean driving license and access to a vehicle
