Job Context:

Our Graduate Program in IT Business Systems offers a structured pathway for recent graduates to develop technical, analytical, and business skills. Over 24 months, you'll gain hands-on experience working across various teams, delivering impactful IT solutions that align with business goals.

Job Dimensions:

There is no direct financial responsibility, but this role directly impacts our ability to service customer requirements efficiently and effectively.

Key Accountabilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyse business requirements and design IT solutions.
• Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of business systems, such as ERP, CRM, or bespoke platforms.
• Support project teams with documentation, testing, and user training.
• Work with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization.
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide first-line support to end users.
• Learn and apply industry best practices in IT governance, data management, and system integration.

Qualifications, Knowledge, and Experience

Education:

• A recent graduate with a degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field.

Skills:

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proficiency in Excel, SQL, or other data analysis tools is an advantage.

• A proactive, adaptable approach with a passion for learning and technology.
