Lead Software Developer - Hybrid

I'm currently working with a successful transport company based in the Southeast of England, who have an exciting project opening. They are looking for a Lead Developer to build an internal platform that will streamline day-to-day operations. There is also potential for the platform to be adopted by other companies in the industry and evolve into a market-leading solution.

Candidates must be based in the Essex area, as the role requires 2-3 days in the office each week. You'll have the autonomy to build the platform using the technologies you're most experienced with.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain an internal routing and control software platform to manage transport operations and staff rosters.
2. Collaborate with teams to ensure the platform meets operational needs and can scale as the business grows.

Experience Required:

1. Proven experience as a Software Developer, with a track record of building and maintaining internal software platforms.
2. Familiarity with CMS systems, especially Monday.com.
3. Previous experience in the healthcare industry is a plus, but not essential.
4. Expertise in developing for Android/iOS and Desktop platforms is a must.
5. Solid experience with cloud technologies.
