Labourer for Military Base Site Cleanup

We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Labourer to join our team for an important site cleanup project on a military base in Watford. This role requires a dedicated individual with a keen eye for detail to ensure the site is left in pristine condition. Due to the nature of the location, applicants must meet specific security clearance requirements.

Job Details:

Pay: £16 - £20.02 per hour
Start Date: ASAP

Key Responsibilities:

1. Performing general site cleanup to a high standard, ensuring all waste, materials, and debris are removed efficiently.
2. Assisting with clearing and organising work areas to maintain a safe and hazard-free environment.
3. Supporting tradespeople and site managers as required.
4. Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
5. Handling materials and equipment responsibly and following site procedures.

Key Requirements:

1. Green CSCS Card (essential) – must be valid and in date.
2. DBS Check (required).
3. BPSS Clearance – successful candidates must begin the Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) clearance process due to the military base setting.
4. Previous labouring or site experience preferred but not essential.
5. Good work ethic, reliability, and ability to follow instruction.
