To join our uber-talent Marketing team as our CRM Manager, and play a key role in building our targeted advertising and communication activity. Collaborating with our Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll use Email, Social, and Web to segment our audience and get the right message to the right people at the right time. You will analyse audience data to pivot our messaging, and find trends and opportunities to evolve our communication and advertising strategy.

This is the perfect role for a data-geek – it’s all about insights, targeting, and strategy – our in-house specialists will take care of the creative!

The role is hybrid based at our Head Office in Hampstead, North London, and will involve working in the office, visiting our venues around the UK, and working from home.

As our CRM Manager, your day-to-day will consist of:

  • Take the lead on our Email Marketing strategy, building and executing targeted email campaigns, managing the email schedule, and developing our approach.
  • Collaborate with our Digital Marketing Manager to create a joined-up communication strategy across digital advertising on Social and Web.
  • Work with the Marketing Director to implement our Acquisition and Retention strategies.
  • Craft targeted communication strategies for all Marketing campaigns, for Films, Events, Products, Membership, Food & Drink, as well as Brand.
  • Work with our Content and Creative teams to create best-in-class email comms and campaigns.
  • We’re here to get bums on seats! Through better understanding of our audience, you’ll drive admissions and frequency.
  • Increase our audience engagement through email, striving to always improve our subscriber reach, UOR, and UCTR rates.
  • Test test test! Fearlessly test and measure ideas to engage audiences and report on the performance and next steps.
  • Create report processes to update the wider team on campaign performance, encouraging idea sharing to help optimise along the way.
  • Study our audience behaviours to understand what audiences really want, so that we can give them the best communication experience possible.
  • Present audience findings to the wider Marketing team.
  • Pitch new strategies for communications and campaigns based on insight.

HERE’S LOOKING AT YOU KID.

To be our perfect CRM Manager, you’ll need to be:

  • An experienced CRM professional with a minimum of 2 years experience in CRM in a fast-moving consumer-focused environment.
  • Obsessed with data - you see patterns in everything, data is the paint to your canvas.
  • A creative problem-solver - if there's a will, there’s a way.
  • A cinema-lover – we mean, you LOVE it. “What are you doing this weekend? You’re seeing a film, obviously.”
  • Familiarity with systems commonly used by cinemas (Vista and Movio), preferable but not essential.
  • A practiced understanding of the developed Customer Tech stack, CRM, CDP, DMP.
  • An active interest in the new trends and developments in audience management systems.
  • Collaborative by nature, and comfortable sharing ideas and brainstorming with others.
