What You'll Do:

  1. Report & Analyse: Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports and KPIs, highlighting key performance trends that drive our success.
  2. Budgeting & Planning: Play a crucial role in the annual planning and budgeting process, linking operations with site sales, labour, and cost budgets.
  3. Capital Expenditure Reporting: Get involved in the exciting world of new site acquisitions and refurbishments, providing insightful post-investment appraisals.
  4. Support Operations: Collaborate with Operations Managers to deliver insightful KPI reports that empower decision-making.
  5. Team Collaboration: Assist the CFO and Head of FP&A with ad-hoc reporting, analysis, and projects as needed.
What We're Looking For:
  1. A strong academic background with excellent A-level or university results.
  2. Advanced Excel skills are a must!
  3. Experience with data warehouse reporting and accounting software is a plus.
  4. Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail with the ability to thrive under pressure.
  5. Strong communication skills to effectively convey financial insights to non-financial team members.
  6. A team player who brings personality and enthusiasm to our fun and friendly environment.
  7. A proactive mindset focused on identifying and implementing improvements.
Qualifications & Experience:
  1. University degree in Accountancy or Finance (preferred).
  2. Previous experience in an FP&A role is a plus, especially with operational teams.
  3. Experience in the hospitality or leisure industry would be beneficial.
