Corporate Solicitor – Associate, Senior Associate or Managing Associate - London

The corporate team of this highly regarded international practice handles a range of deals from traditional M&A and Private Equity to complex MBOs, JVs and corporate advisory work.

Summary

• Job title: Associate / Senior Associate / Managing Associate
• Location: London
• Salary: to £160,000
• Reports to: Partner
• Work pattern: Hybrid
• Previous experience: 3 PQE + – a solid background in M&A work and Private Equity experience.

What the Partners are looking for

The Partners will always consider each candidate on their merits. They have recruited lawyers from the ‘magic circle’ and other global firms, but equally they have made hires from established national corporate team. There is no set candidate profile or rigid approach. As a rough guide, they are looking for:

• an experienced Associate, Senior Associate or Managing Associate
• minimum of 3 years PQE.
• Experience in broad spread of M&A and PE experience.
• Active interest in business development
