Job Overview

We are seeking a fresher for the Sales Management position at TWOSS Learning Private Limited. This remote role is open for various locations including Lucknow, Lucknow District, Kanpur, Gurgaon, Chennai, Amritsar, and Raebareli. Eligible candidates will have between 0 to 1 year of work experience and will be instrumental in contributing to our strategic sales initiatives.

  • Market Analysis abilities to evaluate market trends, competitors, and opportunities to inform strategic decisions.
  • Sales Training skills to mentor and develop team members, enhancing their sales abilities and product knowledge.
  • Data Analysis proficiency to interpret sales data and market information for crafting data-driven strategies.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed revenue targets.
  • Lead and motivate a remote sales team, guiding them towards successful sales execution and process adherence.
  • Analyze customer data and market trends to inform sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
  • Build and maintain robust relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and assess competitive landscape.
  • Implement training programs and strategies to enhance team members’ sales skills and product understanding.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance evaluations to leadership teams.
