Furniture Salesperson

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in furniture sales, possess excellent communication skills, and have a passion for sales.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist the sales team with administrative tasks and customer inquiries
2. Communicate effectively with customers
3. Upsell products and services to enhance customer experience
4. Maintain accurate records of sales data and customer information
5. Provide exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone

Qualifications:

1. Strong time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively
2. Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively
3. Previous experience in furniture sales is essential

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £24,000.00-£32,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week

Additional pay:

1. Monday to Friday
2. Weekend availability
3. Weekends only

Education:

1. GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:

1. Furniture sales: 1 year (required)
2. Customer service: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

1. Driving Licence (preferred)
