- Overall responsibility for the delivery of our 'learning through play' educational ethos.
- Manage daily routines and sufficient ratios within the room.
- Model outstanding care and education.

- Ensure key transition periods are managed sensitively.
- Lead and support the team to adhere to all policies and procedures.
- Promote professional development by providing feedback and coaching.
