As a Room Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the environment of our nursery rooms, where you'll inspire and support a team of expert Educators. You will be an experienced educator with a strong passion for coaching and mentoring.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a safe, welcoming and inclusive environment.
  • Overall responsibility for the delivery of our 'learning through play' educational ethos.
  • Manage daily routines and sufficient ratios within the room.
  • Model outstanding care and education.
  • Support your team in delivering high-quality observations and planning.
  • Drive a continuous improvement culture.
  • Ensure key transition periods are managed sensitively.
  • Lead and support the team to adhere to all policies and procedures.
  • Promote professional development by providing feedback and coaching.
  • Build and maintain excellent relationships with parents.
  • Ensure high standards of cleanliness are maintained.
  • Champion and lead the behavioural safety framework.
  • Work a flexible pattern within nursery opening hours.
