Fashion Brand Launch & Marketing Project Manager

London (Hybrid) | Freelance or Contract | Competitive Fee Based on Experience

We are an established but evolving fashion brand launching a new luxury core collection in June/July 2025. This launch is a pivotal moment—marking our transformation into a true fashion house.

To ensure a high-impact rollout, we’re looking for a Marketing & Launch Project Manager to oversee the entire marketing campaign, from PR & influencer outreach to content production and brand activations.

This is a freelance/contract role with potential for ongoing collaboration. You’ll work directly with the brand’s founder to turn this launch into a cultural moment that resonates beyond fashion.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and manage the full marketing roadmap leading up to and following the launch.
  2. Oversee PR outreach, securing press features in major and digital fashion publications.
  3. Manage influencer & celebrity placements—securing high-impact moments where key figures wear and promote the collection through our existing contacts and new.
  4. Ensure viral moments are created through stunts, unexpected brand activations, and digital buzz-building.
  5. Coordinate & oversee content creation—from e-commerce shoots to campaign & social media assets.
  6. Plan and execute short-form viral content strategies for Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.
  7. Work with photographers, videographers, and designers to ensure consistent, high-impact visuals.
  8. Ensure the brand’s new identity is reflected across all content formats leading up to launch.

Launch Event Planning & Execution

  1. Oversee the exclusive fashion event in London, ensuring it serves as a key brand marketing moment.
  2. Curate the guest list—inviting stylists, press, influencers, and high-impact industry figures.
  3. Work with creatives to design a visually stunning and on-brand event experience.
  4. Coordinate PR coverage of the event, ensuring maximum post-event exposure.
  5. Act as the main point of contact between marketing, PR, creative, and event teams.
  6. Ensure timelines for content, influencer outreach, press features, and event logistics are met.
  7. Work within lean budget, prioritising impact over waste.

Who You Are:

  1. Experienced in fashion marketing, PR, or brand activations (preferably luxury, streetwear, or high-end brands).
  2. A strong project manager—able to juggle multiple moving parts while keeping everything on track.
  3. Plugged into the industry—or at least highly resourceful in connecting with press, stylists, and influencers.
  4. Creative and forward-thinking—not just executing a traditional rollout, but bringing fresh ideas to make this a moment.
  5. Social media-savvy—understanding how viral fashion marketing works (particularly on IG, TikTok, and Twitter).
  6. Able to work independently while also collaborating with designers, photographers, and PR teams.
