An established industry player is seeking a talented UX Designer to enhance the digital customer experience. This role involves defining the design vision for innovative guest journeys, collaborating with various teams to standardize design practices, and presenting ideas to leadership. Role: UX Designer
Salary: £80,000 - £85,000 + up to 30% bonus + health cover + bens
Location: Hybrid role minimum 3 days per week in office based at our office in Holborn, London (EC1N 2TD)

The UX Designer will be responsible for defining, articulating and championing the future vision for how our customers research, book, and stay with the comfort, consistency, and convenience that Premier Inn is famous for. Defining and delivering the overall design vision for innovative experiences throughout the guest journey. Work across our brand, digital product and engineering teams to standardise and educate others on design systems and visual languages. To analyse customer problems and lead the design of solutions that deliver on measurable commercial goals. Present design work to partners and executive leadership for review, feedback and sign off.
