Commercial Gas Manager

We are looking for an experienced Commercial Gas Manager to oversee a team of engineers, ensuring high-quality service, compliance, and smooth operations. This role is office-based in Croydon two days per week and also allows you to work from home with the rest spent managing field operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage and support commercial gas engineers.
2. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and health & safety policies.
3. Provide technical guidance and oversee quality control.
4. Liaise with clients and internal teams.
5. Handle scheduling, performance monitoring, and reporting.

Requirements:

1. Experience in commercial gas management or supervision.
2. Relevant commercial gas qualifications (CODNCO1, COCN1, etc.).
3. Strong leadership and communication skills.
4. IT proficiency for scheduling and reporting.
5. UK driving licence.
