What You Will Do:

1. Develop expertise in complex services including fluid cooling, compressed air, and vacuum systems, ensuring technical leadership and professional excellence.
2. Drive improvements and new developments by providing technical expertise and actively contributing to the Engineering Development team.
3. Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on sustainability, noise reduction, and energy efficiency.
4. Manage multiple high-impact projects, enhancing technological advancements within the company.
5. Take full ownership of service aspects ranging from chilling systems to fire suppression and security systems, meeting deadlines and managing contractors effectively.
6. Embrace end-to-end involvement, from initial concept to final delivery, ensuring excellence in every project phase.

What You Will Bring:

1. A minimum of an HND or degree in fluid dynamics, chemical or process engineering, or relevant equipment experience.
2. A passion for solving complex technical challenges, with a flexible and enthusiastic approach to teamwork.
3. Proven leadership abilities, capable of influencing others and achieving results through collaboration.
4. A commitment to continuous learning, with an openness to new techniques and technologies.
5. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to take ownership and deliver to agreed deadlines.

Current or previous roles held will include Plant Engineer, Process Engineer, Site Services Engineer, Facilities Engineer.
