An established industry player in financial advice is looking for a Sales & Development Manager to spearhead their mortgage and equity release teams. Our client is an Independent Financial Advice (IFA) firm specialising in pensions retirement planning, savings, investments, mortgages, equity release and protection.
As part of the growth of their mortgage and equity release business, they are seeking to appoint a suitably qualified Sales & Development Manager whose role will be to lead and drive the growth of both their Equity Release and Mortgage teams.
Working remotely, the successful candidate will possess a strong analytical approach to the sales process and compliance to ensure each opportunity is maximized within a compliant customer-led approach. They will be able to demonstrate the ability to work remotely with phone-based advisers, providing support through effective mentoring and leadership via extensive call listening and providing effective and constructive feedback.
