As the English Teacher, your main responsibility will be to deliver top-notch English language instruction to primary and secondary students.

Responsibilities
  1. Deliver engaging and effective lessons in English language and literature, catering to the diverse learning needs of students.
  2. Plan and develop coherent schemes of work and lesson plans in line with the national curriculum.
  3. Assess and evaluate student progress, providing feedback and support as necessary.
  4. Create a positive and inclusive learning environment, promoting active student participation and involvement.
  5. Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and other stakeholders to ensure a supportive and collaborative approach to education.
  6. Maintain accurate records of student attendance, behavior, and academic performance.
  7. Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and school events as required.
Minimum Requirements
  1. Qualified teacher status (QTS) or equivalent in the relevant subject area.
  2. A degree in English or a related field.
  3. Proven experience teaching English language and literature to primary or secondary students.
  4. Strong knowledge and understanding of the national curriculum and assessment requirements.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
  6. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
