The Role – What You’ll Be Doing:

• Become a market expert – learn everything about the industry and clients
• Build your own pipeline and manage your deals
• Call warm leads and convert them into long-term clients
• Engage with key decision-makers and close high-value deals
• Work in a collaborative, fast-paced sales environment

Who We’re Looking For:

• Graduate calibre – degree or equivalent experience
• Ambitious & money-motivated – wants to hit £50K+ in Year 1
• Outgoing & engaging – enjoys speaking to people and building relationships
• Coachable & eager to learn – ready to absorb training & excel
• Previous grads have earned £5K+ commission per month in their first year!
