The Role: In this role, no two days will be the same. As a Principal Recruitment Consultant - Accountancy and Finance, you'll work closely with customers and candidates to make perfect recruitment matches.

• Generate roles to recruit for by meeting new customers and understanding their recruitment needs.
• Maintain strong relationships with your existing portfolio of customers to create a consistent job flow.
• Work creatively across multiple platforms to grow a game-changing candidate pipeline and place them in their ideal roles.
• Be a subject matter expert in Accountancy and Finance recruitment, advising customers and candidates while cross-selling our products and services.

The Right Person: We are eager to meet candidates who are people-oriented and can demonstrate:

• Experience in recruiting within Accountancy and Finance in an agency environment, for roles from Finance Manager to Chief Financial Officer.
• Integrity: Demonstrating honesty, transparency, and reliability to both customers and candidates.
• Great Communication: At all levels. You'll be able to pick up the phone and speak to anyone.
• Tenacity: Being resilient and focused on the end goal.
