The UK Construction North team is looking for someone with a proven track record in delivering internal finishes from first fix to handover. This includes managing subcontractor packages across dry lining, internals, finishes, and MEP. The candidate must understand and read drawings and specifications, with the ability to review and drive short-term programmes and manage quality, including the review of ITPs and inspection of works to confirm specification compliance. The ideal candidate would have a trades background as an advantage and experience in high-end internal finishes on hotels for two of the roles, involving complex internal interfaces and joinery.
