You will join us between July and October 2025 and complete a 1-year fully immersive graduate programme. As a Graduate Operations Analyst, you will be at the forefront of industrial water treatment solutions, working alongside experienced professionals to solve complex challenges for our global clients. This role offers extensive exposure to advanced technologies and systems while developing your analytical and technical capabilities in a dynamic environment.

Day-to-Day Duties:

• Learn to conduct Legionella sampling and monitoring procedures
• Develop skills in managing treatment performance and customer communications
• Master the use of digital data visualisation platforms for reporting and analysis
• Gain expertise in equipment calibration and maintenance procedures
• Learn to optimise service activities and maximise productivity
• Develop understanding of commercial agreements and profitability plans
• Build knowledge of water treatment technologies and processes
• Participate in customer review meetings and project execution

Ideal Skills and Experience:

• Degree in Science discipline (essential)
• Fluent in English - other European languages are useful
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid UK driving licence
• Proficiency in Google Workspace or similar platforms
• Willingness to travel
