Job Description

Exciting opportunity to join a Global Invoice Finance provider that offers flexible working capital solutions as their Head of the UK Invoice Finance. This position is home-based, ideally located in London or the Central Corridor.

Key metrics for the role include:

1. Managing a core UK portfolio of €40m (monthly funding of €20m).
2. Providing invoice funding lines from £200k up to £5m, with potential for £10m for the right clients.
3. Expertise in funding single invoice, single debtor, and multiple invoice/debtor transactions, including domestic and international transactions.
4. Funding available in Euro, GBP, and USD.
5. Currently managing 100 active UK clients and growing.
6. Responsibility for both sales and relationship managers in the team.
7. Leading a staff of 5, with plans to grow the team and footprint aligned to growth.
8. Access to in-house marketing and IT teams.

Leadership and Strategy:

1. Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and market penetration in the UK.
2. Lead and manage the UK team (two Business Development and two to three Client RMs, with growth plans to 10), fostering a high-performance culture.
3. Collaborate with senior management to align UK operations with global objectives.

Client Management:

1. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners, including brokers, debt advisors, and potential partner banks.
2. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
3. Oversee the delivery of tailored financial solutions to meet clients' working capital needs.

Financial Expertise:

1. Utilise in-depth knowledge of financial products and services, particularly in trade and receivables finance.
2. Provide expert advice to clients on managing liquidity and optimising cash flow.
3. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Operational Excellence:

1. Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
2. Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
3. Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance metrics.

Market Expansion:

1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand their footprint in the UK.
2. Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities.
3. Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies to attract new clients.

The Successful Applicant

Qualifications:
