  3. Apply comprehensive knowledge of relevant legislation, such as the Care Act and Mental Capacity Act.
  4. Conduct thorough social care needs assessments, Human Rights assessments, and mental capacity assessments.
  5. Work directly with clients and families, offering guidance and intervention to support their wellbeing and autonomy.
  6. Manage risks and problem solve complex cases while adhering to legal frameworks.
  7. Maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders and promote quality service delivery.
  8. Engage in face-to-face work as required, with flexible opportunities for working from home.
