As a Learning Mentor, you will play a vital role in helping students overcome barriers to learning, supporting their personal and academic development. You will work closely with students, teachers, and parents to create a positive, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Passion for working with young people and helping them reach their full potential
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
3. Ability to build positive and trusting relationships with students
4. A patient, empathetic, and supportive approach
5. Previous experience in education, mentoring, youth work, or SEN support is beneficial but not essential
6. A valid DBS certificate (or willingness to apply for one)
