Mode Search is proud to partner with a prestigious brand in high-end watchmaking in their search for a Flagship Boutique Director. Known for its exceptional craftsmanship, precision engineering, and innovative complications. This is a rare opportunity to oversee a flagship boutique, drive commercial success, and lead a passionate team in delivering an exceptional client experience.

Onsite 5 days a week in London.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead and develop a high-performing boutique team, fostering a culture of excellence.
2. Drive sales performance and business growth in line with brand objectives.
3. Oversee all boutique operations, ensuring seamless execution and brand alignment.
4. Cultivate strong relationships with collectors and watch enthusiasts through strategic clienteling.
5. Act as a brand ambassador, strengthening the boutique’s presence within the luxury watchmaking community.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in luxury retail leadership, ideally within fine watchmaking or high-end timepieces.
2. Strong commercial acumen with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
3. Deep knowledge of the luxury watch industry.
4. Exceptional leadership, client engagement, and team development skills.
5. Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
