What you’ll do:
  1. Shape that all-important first impression, greeting and welcoming guests with warmth and professionalism.
  2. Coordinate the prestigious settings amenities, by scheduling, planning and expediting operations.
  3. Enhance the experience of our colleagues and clients, providing support with meeting room set up, connectivity and hospitality.
  4. Keep our teams safe by having a close eye on Health & Safety practices, reporting issues as required.
  5. Be the site's 'go-to' for providing information and assistance.
  6. Maintain accurate and transparent administrative processes.
  7. Keep service consistency across the site.
  8. Show flexibility & adaptability in a variety of facilities support delivering efficiency and continuous improvement for the client and reacting to unexpected variables.
  9. Act as the conduit between the Customer and the on-site events teams.
  10. Provide excellent Customer Service delivery in line with service agreements in the Meeting & Events service stream.
What you bring:
  1. Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but excellent interpersonal and communication skills are key.
  2. A positive, energetic and proactive attitude with a passion for customer service.
  3. Proficient in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  4. Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.

Meeting & Events Coordinator

  • Monday - Friday
  • Working hours: 07:00-15:30 and 08:30-17:00
  • 40 hours per week
  • £13.98 per hour + Sodexo benefits
  • Bus & trains discounts & free Voi scooters to train station/Trumpington P&R.
