An established industry player is seeking an Assistant Contracts Manager to support the delivery of high-quality landscaping projects. This role involves coordinating between various teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget while adhering to health and safety standards. Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum + company van, fuel card, kit, package
Position: Assistant Contracts Manager, Full-time Permanent
Days of work: Mon-Fri
Hours of work: 8:00am to 5:00pm
About the Client: Our client is an award-winning landscaping and civil engineering specialist delivering high-quality projects throughout the UK. Their portfolio spans all sectors from local authorities, royal parks, commercial developers, schools, and universities to high-end luxury developers.
Due to continued growth, they are seeking an Assistant Contracts Manager with previous experience in supporting the management and delivery of multi-disciplinary commercial Hard & Soft landscape projects, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence.
The Role:
To assist in managing the flow of information and documentation between site, operational, commercial, and management functions to support the timely delivery and completion of commercial landscape and civils projects.
