Your Day-to-Day:

• Leading Project Delivery: Take charge of projects from inception to completion, ensuring they’re delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
• Managing Costs: Providing expert cost management services, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Interacting with Clients: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
• Mentoring: Guiding and mentoring junior members of the team.
• Collaborating: Working closely with your colleagues across our Liverpool and Manchester offices.

About You:

• Proven Expertise: Experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor, with a successful track record of managing projects.
• Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of various sectors within Real Estate.
• Leadership Skills: A collaborative spirit with the ability to lead projects.
• Relevant Qualifications: A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field, along with membership in a relevant professional body (RICS or equivalent).
