An exciting opportunity has arisen for a creative and inspiring Teacher of English to join Wreake Valley Academy on a permanent basis from 26th August 2025. This is the perfect opportunity for someone to join the English team who will have a proactive role in developing English further in the school. We are looking for an outstanding teacher with a proven track record of success and raising pupil outcomes. You will join the Bradgate Education Partnership family, a high-performing and supportive network of primary and secondary schools with some of the best teachers in education.
The successful candidate will have the ability to deliver high quality teaching that drives achievement and inspires a love of learning. You will be able to demonstrate experience of achieving positive outcomes for pupils, as well as being passionate about making a difference to the lives of young people. As a committed team player, you will have excellent organisational skills and the natural ability to motivate both pupils and peers.
This role is a rewarding one with a successful candidate having the opportunity to be part of a supportive team and have access to highly supportive subject mentoring with a strong professional development programme to ensure that Teachers Standards are well developed.
Teaching experience will not be a determining factor – we welcome applications from newly qualified teachers (ECTs) as well as more experienced candidates.
