Job description

We are looking for a passionate and talented Barista with bartending experience to join our team at Marinatto Cafe & Restaurant!

Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and serve specialty coffees, hot and cold drinks with excellence.
2. Create and execute classic and innovative drinks, with and without alcohol.
3. Serve customers with friendliness, professionalism, and efficiency.
4. Keep the workspace clean and organized.
5. Manage stock and supplies.
6. Collaborate with the team to ensure a positive and productive working environment.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a barista, with knowledge of different coffee extraction and preparation methods.
2. Language: Advanced English and Portuguese.
3. Experience in cocktail making, with mastery of techniques and recipes.
4. Knowledge of coffee, drinks, and ingredients.
5. Communication and customer service skills.
6. Pro-activity, organization, and attention to detail.
7. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Differentials:

1. Certification in barista and/or bartender courses.
2. Experience in leading establishments.
3. Knowledge of other beverage areas, such as wines and beers.
4. A passion for coffee, drinks, and customer service.
