Job description

We are excited to be working with a fast-growing, global FMCG business, known in the market for its diverse portfolio of high-quality, reliable products.

They are currently on the lookout for a Head of Marketing who is ready to join a fantastic business and contribute to its continuous growth!

With a current turnover of over £8 billion, they are taking the market by storm and have achieved 12% YoY growth over the past 3 years. You will represent a market-leading brand portfolio, developing brand strategies, marketing plans, and product innovations to drive product growth.

You will define and implement the UK Marketing strategy across Media, Brand, Product, Digital, and Customer Category Management.

What will you be doing?
  1. Oversee a team of 8 Digital, Brand, Trade, Category, and Media and Communications.
  2. Manage Go-To-Market and product portfolio throughout the entire life cycle, based on consumer, shopper, and retailer requirements.
  3. Set appropriate strategic directions and operational plans for Product, Digital, and Trade-Marketing.
  4. Lead the A&P budget, and maximize the ROI of the assigned brand/product category portfolio.
  5. Monitor competitive environment, market needs, and trends and give input to International teams.
  6. Orchestrate the digital customer journey from planning to rollout in all relevant channels of the digital funnel until conversion, to deliver against KPIs.
What do you need?
  1. Minimum of 5 years experience operating in a Senior Marketing/Head of level.
  2. Strong experience within an FMCG-branded business.
  3. Professional Experience and Education degree in Business Administration or Marketing (MBA preferred).
  4. Experience in successfully leading and motivating teams.
  5. Experience operating in various international markets would be advantageous.
