THE ROLE
We are seeking a dynamic professional with a proven track record in operational project planning and initiation, adept at maintaining a holistic perspective while balancing the needs and priorities of diverse stakeholders. With expertise in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables through a clear RACI framework, you'll confidently lead projects from inception to implementation and rollout. You bring technical proficiency, seamlessly navigating systems and software while empowering others with effective training. Skilled in developing detailed project plans, you excel in crafting timelines, managing budgets, allocating resources, and conducting thorough risk assessments. A natural problem-solver, you proactively identify challenges, deliver practical solutions, and procure the necessary resources - whether it's personnel, equipment, or software - to ensure project success. As a producer, you will oversee staff, mentor new talent, and contribute to showcasing the BBC as a great place to work. You'll need to have expertise in channel brands, design, shoots, people management, and social assets. This dynamic role involves managing localisation, collaborating with diverse talent, and working across varied content formats in a fast-paced, global environment. Strong account and people management skills are essential to plan, budget, and deliver innovative campaigns across global plant brands, creating cutting-edge content for diverse social media platforms and multi-platform channels. The role requires adaptability, creativity, and the ability to embrace new technologies and trends.
