Legal PA – Cambridge

Successful international law firm seeks a Legal PA to work in their growing Cambridge office on a permanent basis– the firm offers exceptional benefits, agile working, and a great collaborative environment.

  • Salary to £35,000
  • Hybrid working (3 days in the office / 2 days remote)
  • Outstanding benefits & fantastic culture
  • 9.30am to 5.30pm

Legal PA Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage fee earners' schedules; coordinate and arrange meetings to best utilise time
  • Ensure that calls to the switchboard are answered and directed in a prompt, efficient and professional manner
  • Acting as ‘front of house’, welcoming clients
  • Arrange travel effectively and efficiently
  • Carry out advanced research / request information from relevant support teams
  • Attend meetings / conference calls and take minutes to action follow up where required
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of fee earners’ workload
  • Prepare and manage billing process using the Aderant front office software

Legal PA Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Previous Legal PA / Secretary experience or Legal Administration experience
  • Fast, accurate typing skills.
  • Highly skilled on all MS Office applications.
  • Ability to be flexible to meet the demands of the work.
