clothsurgeon is a London based luxury bespoke menswear brand, that brings together the worlds of street culture and tailored craftsmanship. The brand offers a unique bespoke service, crafted by a highly experienced team of artisans to carry out the construction of every garment. In 2022 clothsurgeon made history by opening the first luxury bespoke streetwear store on the world-famous Savile Row.
We’re looking for the following profiles:
Must have Strong experience in Tech Packs and CAD
Proactive “can do” attitude with excellent communication & organisational skills.
Keen eye for detail and quality control able to problem solve.
THE ROLE
Working across the following areas: Bespoke, Made to Measure (MTM) Ready-to-Wear (RTW). Oversee the entire production process and be the “Link” between designer and production facility. You must be flexible to work between the brand Atelier and store.
Confident user of CAD, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. Must be able to work on Tech Packs.
Work closely with the store staff to manage stock orders from the shop to factory, alongside production for all Bespoke, MTM, RTW orders and all alterations.
Manage production of all sampling and collections, working closely with creative director on bespoke appointments and new collections.
Must be very organised, able to manage multiple production orders, ensuring deadlines are met.
Liaising with the factory staff daily to ensure orders are being processed on time and update on CRM system daily.
Develop and manage production timelines & critical paths, taking ownership of all suppliers and deliveries across Bespoke, RTW, M2M, special projects, sampling and alterations.
Have good knowledge of fabrics, trims, cut and construction, fits and finish; be confident in sourcing all trims and fabrication required for Bespoke, M2M, RTW and sampling.
Work closely with the creative director and in-house machinists to process samples and new collections, having good knowledge of patterns and grading.
Experience of balancing quality, design, timescales, and budgets.
Manage all Quality Control of all Bespoke, M2M, RTW and sample garments prior to fitting and shipping stages.
Add value by implementing efficient processes to ensure a smooth journey from design to sampling and final production.
Confident in working with local and overseas suppliers, artisans and meeting tight deadlines.
Create relationships with agents and factories to source new fabrications both in UK and overseas to develop new styles.
