Teamwill UK provides the company’s outstanding services within the leasing and asset finance industry in the United Kingdom and potentially in certain European countries such as the Netherlands, Spain, and Switzerland.

Job Description:

Our clients are asset finance companies or major banks and financial institutions across the UK, Europe, and Africa. We support them before, during, and after software implementation projects mainly for vendor solutions such as: ALFA, FIS Ambit, Linedata (Ekip), MILES, Odessa, Cassiopae, and Solifi. Our scope covers all functional roles such as gap analysis, process definition/design, configuration, test support, change management, document management, reporting, and release management.

Job Requirements

Responsibilities:

1. Analysing client business requirements and relating them to software solution capabilities.
2. Identifying and validating any gaps together with solution proposals (e.g., workarounds or changes in processes) and ensuring any solutions proposed are realistic and within the agreed scope of the project.
3. Defining and validating customization needs for software products as per agreed business definitions.
4. Building specification documents, if and when needed, for local development and ensuring technical consultants have a clear understanding of these specifications.
5. Preparing and executing modelling, configuration, and delivering solutions.
6. Preparing and performing functional tests to support User Acceptance Testing.
7. Ensuring test sign-off and business acceptance.
8. Demonstrating strong stakeholder management skills with all contacts.
9. Conducting user training, which includes design, customization, and updating of training materials.
10. Supporting our customers, ensuring your experience and expertise is available at key stages of delivery to meet our clients’ needs and build trusted partnerships.

Qualifications / Experience Required:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, Business; or equivalent work experience is required.
2. Significant experience in Leasing or Asset or Automotive Finance Software implementation projects (Alfa Systems, Solifi, FIS Ambit, Cassiopae, APAK, Ekip, Miles, Odessa).
3. Strong UK experience in asset finance/automotive finance IT domain.
4. Strong analysis and adaptation skills - technical acquaintance is a plus.
5. Knowledge in process design tools (Visio) and/or BPMN.
6. Experience of quality management tools (QC, Jira) and wikis (Confluence).
7. Experience of working in an agile and fast-moving environment, cross-disciplinary and multi-cultural teams.
8. Languages: Fluent in English – Bilingual is a plus.
