Vita CV is hiring for our client, looking for a Chat Support Executive to provide excellent customer service through live chat and email. This is a remote role offering flexible hours and competitive pay.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer queries via live chat and email.
Provide accurate information and resolve issues efficiently.
Maintain a professional and friendly tone while handling multiple chats.
Troubleshoot basic technical issues and escalate when necessary.
Keep records of interactions in the company’s CRM system.
Work collaboratively with the support team to improve customer experience.
Requirements:
Previous experience in customer service or chat support preferred.
Strong typing speed (40+ WPM) with accuracy.
Excellent written communication skills with correct grammar and clarity.
Ability to handle multiple conversations simultaneously.
Problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude.
Familiarity with CRM and helpdesk software is a plus.
