*Candidates must have a minimum of 4 years working experience*

Role Based in: Skegness, Lincolnshire

Hours: Full Time, Permanent Role, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm

Holidays: 25 days plus bank holidays

Salary: £40,000- £55,000 per annum DOE

You will join a thriving private client department, where you will have a varied mix of cases relating to private client work.

Responsibilities:

1. Wills
2. Power of Attorney applications
3. Court of Protection applications

1. IT literate with ability to work effectively on a case management system
2. Able to work well as a team, as well as being able to work on your own initiative
3. Willing to participate in business development activities
4. You will have excellent client care and interpersonal skills
